Occupational Health Systems (OHS) is a an on-going, management-sponsored approach to performing work injury and illness surveillance and development of associated "benchmark" data for participating companies.  In addition, ohs manages various industry-wide programs related to measuring effectiveness of ehs programs, in general.  Intra-industry data linkage is accomplished via proprietary computer software or through "mapping" of company data to the ohs software.  The major industry supported by ohs is the US semiconductor industry, via the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). This program has been in effect for more than 15 years. Participating companies include 80% of the U.S. semiconductor workforce.
ohs is currently seeking companies interested in participating in one of the following work injury & illness benchmark surveys:

  • Semiconductor mfg (fab/fabless) (SIC 3674)
  • Semiconductor Equip. Mfg (SIC 3559)
